ReplyDeleteGood morning ladies and gentelmen,thank you for coming here today. For those of you who don’t know us,I am Sonia Bakkari ,and my collegues are Abir Tarhouni,Mabrouka Sdiri and meryem Oihichi we belongs to the third year applied english students from the Higher Institute of Languages of Gabes. What we would like to present today is Floods as a global issue. Hence we have chosen this topic to tackle the main effects and floods ranks as one of the most damaging forms of natural disaster in the world.The aim of this presentation is to give some effective solutions and to create awarness about this serious phenomenon .We have devided our presentation today into three main parts :
In the first part we will deal with the defintion and causes of floods .Secondly , we will move to discuss its major types and effects, in addition to what’s being done to prevent this issue,and the last part will be the case study in which we will move to talk from general to specefic and highlights on floods in Tunisia.
Our presentation will take at least 20 minutes and after our talk there will be enough time for a discussion and any questions. Don’t worry about taking notes, we have put all the important data on a handout for you.

ReplyDeleteGenerally, your introduction is well-structured but it seems that you have forgotten to use a strategy to attract your audience's attention.
I am also a bit skeptical about the way you have divided the first two parts of the body: defintion + causes and then, types, effects and prevention... It might be better to first present defintions and types and then the rest...
Finally, check you spelling, there are a few typos....

ReplyDeleteLadies and gentelmen, good morning! It is really a pleasure to welcome all of you today. Let us introduce ourselves. We are the orange group. I'm Mrs. Labiadh, Mrs.Kerrit, Mrs.Chamem, Mrs.Lamine. Don't you think that we are all the main victims of a really awful environment? What we would like to present to you today is the enviromental issues of the Chemical Group of Gabes. Our topis is of a particular interest to the most of us who lives in Gabes. The purpose of our presentation is to find a durable solution. Our topic is devided into 3 parts. We will start with the history of Gabes' Chamical Group, next we will move to its enviromental effects, and we will end with giving some solutions. Our presentaion will take about 20 minutes. After our talk there will be time for asking some questions.

Good morning ladies and gentlemen.It's a pleasure to welcome you today.For those who don't know us ,we are the members of the Red group of the third year applied english.As we are dealing with environment issue,what can be the most important riscky issue that threat our environmnent today? Seriously,is there a problem that can destroy our planet ?
ReplyDeleteToday,we are going to talk about Ozone layer déplétion. My topic is very important for you,because by the end of this talk you will be familiar with the dangerous effects of the ozone layer depletion and how we can make others more awareness about this issue.
During our presentation,we will talk about three major parts. First, we will be looking at the main causes of this issue. Second, its effects on humain being and environment . Than, we will mention some solutions to avoid this serious phenomenon.
Our presentation will take about 15 minutes. We will passing out handouts for all. Finally, there will be time for questions after our talk.

ReplyDeleteWe are Rihab, Wahiba, Awatef & Raoua the members of the Green Group belonging to 3rd year Applied English. As you can see on the screen, our topic today is Floods as an environmental issue in Tunisia and this topic is extremely important for all of us because the aim of our presentation is highlighting the effective management of Floods to reduce its threats. Hence we divided our presentation into three main parts: point one deals with an overview about FLOODS, point two focuses on causes and impacts of Floods and point three accentuates Floods management.
Our presentation should take 20 minutes to cover these parts. We will be handing out a copy of our presentation at the end of our talk and where you can ask questions, obviously there will be time for discussion any question.

The topic of our presentation is Urban Exodus .Our topic is very important for you because urbanization is a significant phenomenon that has a direct impacts on the environement.
the aim of this presentation is to focus on the urban exodus as an environmental issue .
we have divided our presentation into three main parts .we will begin by causes of urban exodus,then we will move into the Effects and we will end with consequences .
